BELIEVER Completes Laying Down Bass For New Album
January 28, 2008Guitarist/vocalist Kurt Bachman of the reactivated late '80s/early '90s technical-thrash metal band BELIEVER has issued the following update:
"We just finished tracking the bass [for the new BELIEVER album] and we are very pleased with the way it sounds. We will now continue with the guitar tracks and hopefully finish those up in the next few weeks. I'm hoping to blaze through those so that I can possibly have a day off to join the infamous Baltimore Icemen on the ice. I obviously want to finish the recording just in case a hand injury happens when I'm crashing the net! I'm sure there are those out there that may feel an injury would actually help my playing. We'll also be continuing our quest to obtain some rights for our old recordings to make them more readily available to those who want them."
BELIEVER's albums "Extraction from Mortality" (1989),"Sanity Obscure" (1990) and "Dimensions" (1993) were made available on November 5 via Poland's Metal Mind Productions in a new digipak edition on golden disc, digitally remastered using 24-bit technology and limited to 2,000 numbered copies.
